Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch products within 48 hours and deliver all products within 3- 5 working days if you are in the USA and 7-10 working days if you are based outside of the USA. However, please be aware times may vary depending on the import regulations of your country.
Exchange and Refunds
Due hygiene concerns and customer safety all products can not be refunded once used. If a product is faulty or unused and doesn't match the product description all customers have 30 days to request an exchange or refund. To request an exchange or refund please contact us via info@myt444z.com and our team will aim to respond to you within 5 working days. Please provide 3 pictures of the product you wish to have exchanged or receive a refund for.
